Originally from Florida, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Soon after graduating from UCF, I decided to move to the DC Metro area in order to be close to family there. While in the DC area, I worked for two Telecom companies as a Financial Analyst. Analyzing data and numbers just came naturally to me. I enjoy researching what different data means, and how it impacts consumers. I enjoyed my free time playing in different sports leagues, including basketball and kickball (it’s not only for kids!). Many weekends were spent hiking in the trails outside the city, as well as tubing in the rivers of nearby West Virginia. Career advancements led my family to NYC, and then CT. As much as we loved our time in both locations, the winters just started to become too much for us to handle. So, in pursuit of warmer weather and a more balanced work-life schedule, we decided to leave New York and move to Charlotte. The journey that led my family to Charlotte was amazing for us, but we are happy to call Charlotte our home.

Whatever your real estate objectives, this is about you and your needs.

When I purchased my first condo, at times the process was stressful, overwhelming, and just completely confusing. How do I start? Who should I talk to? What documents do I need? What can I really afford? Those were just some of the many concerns that I had. The biggest mistake I made was that I bought a condo that other people thought was good for me, rather than buying a property that I liked for myself.

Buying or selling a property should be all about you and your family. I will be there to offer you guidance and expertise. Whether this is your first or 100th time buying / selling a home, I would love to help ease the process for you so that you can take the time to enjoy it. Again, it’s important to remember that this is about you. What are your needs and wants? I will be here to listen to you, learn what you want, and guide you through the process to make sure that you are making the best decision for you.
